In the face of the growing needs of energy generation and sustainable distribution, the complexity of energy networks, infrastructure, and production processes is increasing. We have successfully managed the challenge of operating increasingly complex facilities while designing and building innovative, complex energy and industrial systems. We have noticed how difficult it is to transfer multidimensional knowledge to a team that should operate in the facility, especially when the team consists of separate specialists, each in their own narrow direction. This was the case when we built the first CHP plant of the future (95% RES) in Sokołów Podlaski, the components of which contain different geographically dispersed technologies and combine into a complex system. Thanks to many years (in total, our team has 95 years of professional experience in IT, IoT and energy), we have found a solution that brings this knowledge closer to the user, using the natural strengths of human – visual and spatial thinking, when it is better to see once than to hear 100 times.
